- Develop and implement product strategies for CentoDx, aligning with CENTOGENE’s global and regional objectives.
- Provide sales enablement and technical training to internal teams, distributors, and clinical partners.
- Conduct product demonstrations, seminars, and workshops for customers and professionals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and enhance customer engagement.
- Serve as the product expert, providing scientific and clinical insights for field activities.
- Work with global product and marketing teams on launch planning, content localization, and promotional initiatives.
- Gather market feedback and competitive intelligence to support product improvement.
- Represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Medicine, or related fields.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in product management, clinical diagnostics, IVD, or life science industries.
- Strong understanding of molecular diagnostics, NGS workflows, and genetic testing.
- Proven experience in delivering product training, demonstrations, and workshops.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to convey technical value clearly.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Traditional or Simplified); proficiency in other Asian languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel across the APAC region and work in a cross-functional, international environment.
- Product Expertise: Deep understanding of molecular diagnostics and clinical applications.
- Training & Communication: Skilled in designing and delivering impactful product education.
